Vendor registration instructions
To register and post products to the IVF Exhibit, follow these simple steps:
1. Become a vendor
On the top navigation bar, select Become a Vendor.
Complete the vendor registration form and select Register.
Note: Your private information will remain private; only company information will be displayed on the website.
2. Log in to the system
On the lower left-side Login window, log in using your ID and password.
3. Add a product
Select Add New Product from the top navigation bar.
Complete the necessary information and select Send.
You may edit your product any time and as many times as you wish.
4. Pay to publish
On the Featured Products screen, review your product and select the PayPal icon to pay for your product posting. Complete the PayPal payment.
The cost is 15 euro per year per product. At this time, payment is accepted through PayPal only.
Once payment is made, the product posts automatically to IVF Exhibit.
To view your product, select View Your Products from the lower left-side User Menu.
